Mike Connolly, Southwest Guilford HS. 
Connolly started the program at Southwest, leading the squad to the first Guilford County Championship in 2024, and advancing two rounds in the playoffs in 2025.  Connolly has also coached football and men’s basketball. 
  
Ben Strunk, NCHSAA
Strunk built NC’s girl’s flag football officiating program from the ground up. He developed the state’s game rules and has trained officials and coaches across the state on the rules of flag football. He is a Director of Officials regionally and nationally.

Jason Fowler, East Mecklenburg HS
 Fowler serves as AD at East Meck and as the Commissioner of the area Women’s Flag Football League. An experienced coach in many sports, including having been an assistant in the East-West All-Star football game, he is currently a member of the NIAAA Sports Facility Committee.

Kelvin Brim, Philip Berry HS
Brim has coached the Berry program since 2022 and developed one of the top programs in the state. His teams have gone 48-13 and have reached the Charlotte-Mecklenburg League Championship game three times. His 2023 team was recognized as the Female Flag Football Team of the Year by the Bronko Nagurski Charlotte Touchdown Club.
